With over 25 years of ministry leadership, Jen Dugger’s passion is helping people move past the noise of the world to truly know their God and lay hold of their created identity and purpose. As a military spouse who has navigated transitions across seven states and two countries, Jen understands the deep need for an identity that isn't anchored in circumstances, but in Christ alone. As the Founder of Built Up Ministries, she teaches with a "battle-tested" authority, proving that when we encounter the glory of God, we are forever changed.

    Hannah Cline

    A graduate of Liberty University with a dual focus on Business Marketing and Biblical Studies, Hannah is fueled by a passion for discipleship and community. Having served her home church in Southern Illinois for years, she specializes in planning and encouragement. Hannah’s mission is to give back the same transformative love and biblical guidance that shaped her own life, serving the body of Christ with a heart for intentional ministry.

    Jennai Dugger

    Shaped by her upbringing in a military family, Jennai possesses a unique gift for making people from all walks of life feel truly seen and heard. She actively serves her local church on the Operations Team and as a life group leader for young adult women (ages 18-28). By fostering a space for community and spiritual growth, Jennai lives out her passion for building deep, impactful relationships that reflect the love of Christ to everyone she meets.

    A dedicated urban high school teacher for over 20 years, JM has a heart specifically softened for teenagers and relational ministry. From teaching Sunday School to coordinating Alpha courses, her service is defined by a commitment to prayer and community building. Whether she’s in the classroom or leading a Bible study, JM shares Christ’s love by showing up for others and interceding for them with relentless faith.

    Jaide Graham

    Bringing a professional background in human resources and employment law, Jaide bridges the gap between the corporate world and ministry with grace. Based in South Florida, she is deeply committed to spreading a message of biblical peace and kindness. Jaide uses her organizational expertise and her heart for Jesus to make a positive, lasting impact through her dedicated service at Built Up Ministries.

    Melissa Zila

    Melissa finds God in the details, whether she is crafting, cooking, or leading teams as a manager at Chick-fil-A. Based in North Denver, her passion lies in hands-on service and practical mentorship. Melissa is honored to use her leadership skills to serve Built Up Ministries, where she focuses on making a tangible difference in the lives of women by leading them closer to the heart of Jesus.
